Swedish Sour Cream and Caviar Sauce for Salmon |

“A terrific, creamy sauce to serve with grilled salmon, steamed artichokes, and boiled new potatoes in the summertime. Wonderful with salmon, it’s also great with other more mild fish dishes.”
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 ounce) container creme
fraiche
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoons chopped fresh
|
dill
1 pinch white pepper
3 1/2 ounces red lumpfish
caviar

DIRECTIONS:
1. | In a bowl, stir together sour cream, creme fraiche, mayonnaise, dill, and white pepper. Carefully mix in caviar. Cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. |
