“These sausage balls mixed with biscuit mix are made extra tasty and even softer with processed cheese sauce.”
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pound fresh, ground pork
sausage
1/2 pound fresh, ground spicy
pork sausage

3 ounces processed cheese
sauce
2 cups buttermilk biscuit dry
mix

DIRECTIONS:
1. | Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). |
2. | In a medium-sized bowl, combine regular sausage with spicy sausage, cheese and biscuit mix. Mix well and form into small balls, about 1 to 1 1/2 inches diameter. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake until fully cooked, about 15 minutes. |
